Sankar Veeramalai has extensive executive management experience and an outstanding track record of success in leading software and technology companies to high levels of growth, market leadership and customer satisfaction. Prior to Iflowsoft, Sankar Veeramalai was a principal consultant to many Fortune 500 clients.

Sankar Veeramalai has more than 15 years of industry experience specialized in Banking, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and RFID arena.
 
Rani Ramaswamy
Vice President
Rani Ramaswamy is Co-founder of Iflowsoft. Rani Ramaswamy is leading Human Resources for entire Iflowsoft. Rani Ramaswamy is responsible for all HR activities for the region. She has hands on experience in Human Resources. Rani Ramaswamy has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Relationship.
 
 Vinayarajan Kavilae Vallapil
General Manager
Vinayarajan KV joined Iflowsoft as Sales Director. He directs the marketing and sales for the Corporation, participates in formulating senior management policy. His consistent and relentless effort to make Iflowsoft visible to our clients, he was then taken position as General Manager. He is responsible of managing 3 locations in India.

Vinayarajan has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing, Manufacturing and SCM industry and having know-how in Logistics.

Prior joining with Iflowsoft, Vinayarajan was a sales director in Information Technology Products and Services.

Kishore Wesley
Director/Human Resources – India
Kishore Wesley oversees all Professional Services Practices in India and has 15 years of Professional Services Operations experience for both public and private companies. Kishore Wesley’s experience includes successful work in the areas of Professional Services, On Site and Off-Site Services. Prior to joining Iflowsoft, Kishore Wesley served in HR leadership roles at various Global Clients. He has additional experience as a consultant working with clients on a wide range of Human Resources issues.
